Saber Marionette Continuity of SMJ

As for now there's only a continuation in a japanese secondary school several years after all the events of J, J to X and R.

I'd like to watch a story where Apple is re-awakened (that one with a single otome kairo) and also the reawakening of Marine, more or less by the time when the human Lime, Cherry and Bloodberry are teenagers

Well i don't have anything planned.

But I had this story. I think I won't ever write it, so i better share it here.

It's a continuation of my JtoX alternative trilogy...

Mesopotamia (now called Tammy) has a new body and lives with Lorelei, her "mom". Tammy is very good friends of Lime, and Cherry, and Bloodberry, and loves them each in her own way.

The trama starts when someone runs the voice that Tammy is none other than Mesopotamia herself, who killed many people etc etc. So they want to execute her.

Sensei Obiichi, who had found Tammy's maiden circuit, (rebuilt by Hess in order to decypher the codes for the ship), runs with her and he is persecuted too.

They are caught and a trial is made... with Otaru and Lorelei as witnesses. A big question is... what makes us human? If the Mesopotamia is just a machine, then is thre any sense in destroying her? Her programming has already been changed.

So, the question is: Either Tammy gives her life and pleads guilty, with the condition of giving maiden-circuit marionettes the same rights (and responsibilities) than humans, or the people can't judge her because she's a machine.

Tammy pleads guilty, and is about to be executed. Lime is crushed - Tammy is her only marionette friend left, after Marine died. SO she watches how the marionette - specially her maiden circuit, is destroyed.

So she runs away to cry... when a female voice asks her what's wrong. She turns around, and sees none other than Marine - who was fixed in secret by Tammy. Lime can't believe it, asks her if she's not dreaming... Marine smiles.

Lime hugs Marine and cries, and sobs.

If you guys really want to keep the SMJ story going why not write one about the question hardcore SMJ fans are wondering: What the heck is up with Bloodberry and her past. That could make a pretty good fanfic.

 

Maybe Apple was also imprisoned at another part of the castle because she got mad when she knew her fate, (to be the mechanical lover of mesopotamia's computer and not any girlfriend of Ieyasu or Faust. Because her otome kairo was a single one (only one containing the three main women attibutes) it was impossible at that time to stabilyze it and she was disconnected (not without fighting).
Something alike is shown briefly in an episode of J to X with bloodberry and her flashback.

 

here's something to chew on

Because a seemingly final conclusion was reached at the end of the J to X series, instead of rewriting the history of the marionettes how about picking up the story about 12 years later as the biological Lime, Cherry and Bloodberry are in their mid to late teens and entering young womanhood. As they near the end of their adoloesence the characteristics -physical and mental- and vague memories of the girl's prior existence as androids begins to manifest themselves. In Lime's case, her psychic gifts and her spirituality which she exhibited as an android would factor strongly in this scenario. Lime's penchant for manifesting herself in other's dreams and having profound dreams of her own can be combined and presented as dreams where she sees and is confronted by her past self. Cherry could often find herself daydreaming about her cyber past, and using her powers of deduction, start piecing together the puzzle. This process becomes even more interesting when each of the girls start sharing with each other their recent confrontations with their past. Bloodberry maybe spots the circus guy who resembled Otaru, sees him in trouble and with unbelieveable ease, beats the snot out of a gang of muggers who are menacing him. Because Lime's naievete was caused by a freak accident -plasma bolt that hit her upon awakening- in SMJ, lime was obviously meant to fulfill a similar matronly role to Tiger of the Saber Dolls, which is why Lime is the most protective and most in love with Otaru, it also explains -besides her naivetee- the reason that she never tried to sexually seduce him. In this continuation Lime would begin as a character similar to Tiger, ie. level headed, strong maternal instinct and authoratative. As her past begins to manifest itself, her former defective personality starts to take over. Her temper gets shorter, her grades start to drop, she starts collecting various pets and she begins to deal with having a young adult woman's body -and its needs- vs. an asexual childlike mentality. At this point, Bloodberry goes from being the black sheep to being the older sister type that looks after Lime.
Otaru basically fulfilled his major purpose in maturing the girls in the J series, but he never fulfilled the girl's need for romance. In the continuation of Saber Marionette I would like to see this fulfilled. Because of the bond they established in SMJ and Again, Lime and an adult Yumegi could probably be worked in. Considering Lime's former negative relationship with Yumegi's older brother the ultra dandy Hanagata -Hannie-, and the negative reaction from him when the android Lime first introduced herself to Yumegi as a child, an awesome inlaw situation could be created. Poor Yumegi who is desperately in love with this adorable stacked babe has to deal with her continuing cluelessness regarding passion and childish manner. In this extension Lime's object lesson and insights gained will deal with true love and its difficulties and heartaches eventually regaining her maturity. Cherry, being the little muffy, could hitch up with the gifted computer geek from school. His character could be a great help to her in figuring out solutions. Conflicts can arise when Cherry and her guy decide to attend different colleges and by competition with one another, as he can cook, think and organize as well as her. Cherry's guy -an obvious geek- having a secret and very kinky crush -including daydreams- on the amzonish Bloodberry provides much opportunity for humor and inuendo. Even though Bloodberry confronts her past when she rescues her now middle aged former lover, he's obviously too old for her. But considering that Bloodberry fell for circus guy because he resembled Otaru it's quite feasible, especially with the subconscious battering the former marionettes are getting from their past that Bloodberry could fall for his kid brother who she meets after saving circus guy. This would add a twist, because even as she is dating his brother, she senses an uncanny familiarty with circus guy, that gets reinforced and developed whenever she gets a flashback to her past. The external plot could be a reunification between the people of Terra 2 and the mother planet Terra -Earth-. The cause of the reunification has its price as Terra 2 is revealed to be unwittingly in a war zone being contested by Terra and other members of a stellar holdfast formed of the other systems colonized as a result of the same colonization mission the Mesopotamia was on and an expanding interstellar empire. Otaru would resume his basic role, but as a father -he basically was a father type authority in the former series anyway-. The basic difference is that the girls compete to be the favorite daughter rather than the lover of Otaru. As there was a strong psychic bond between Lime the android and Lorelei, there should be a fairly strong mother daughter type bond between them, as well as psychic.
