Food Cooking Classes?

    Well Ive done it.
    Ive screwed up as much food as i possibly can even though i tried.
    its time for mee too take...
    COOKING CLASSES!
    gaghh the pain! the HORROR!

    actually really i just want to learn how to make breads and cake decorating which turns out pretty much sucky when i do it.
    I have to options Sur La Table or Viking. I like both but can't decide? does anyone know anything else good?

    bread baking? do you have a bread maker? they tend to come with recipes. when I was younger I got too creative and added jams. then duh the dough didn't rise since it was stuffed packed full of sugar!! MWA HA HA ! ..I still ate it though...

    I love cookies.. I love cheese cakes, I love muffins.... teach meeee I don't bake nothing.. not even pillsbury ready to bake stuff

    Ah. I had a bread maker at one point, and one time i left the bread in for like 2 hours longer and it burned all up. fun fun fun.
    I made a flower cake and my friend asked me literally what they were and if they were like symbols. :blush:
