Custom Avatar Requests IV - TBA Got a neat pic you'd like to have on the boards, or just not happy with our selection? Just make your request here, with either a link to, or attachment of your desired picture. Yes, Custom Avatar Requests are back in session! Make sure you read the rules before posting in here. I want no spam, no ivalid requests, and no comments. Follow these simple rules and I'll keep this thread open. Everyone clear? Great! Enjoy! 1) If you are supplying an Avatar to be used for yourself, ensure that it conforms to our 64x64 pixel standard...if you are unable to do so, your avatar may end up cropped or resampled before applied to you, or in a worse case, it may be outright rejected... Not to be too overly picky, but it keeps things less distracting to keep to one size. 2) Before requesting a custom avatar, make sure you've looked through our already large collection! What you are requesting may already be there...but I'll use two of your previous requests as examples... The winking Sano and the Kenshin oro are already there, so if you want to change your av, you have the power to do so... 3) Make sure you want your request! Avatars, though small, take time and effort to create, gather, or organize... Realize that there is a ton of anime out there, and it is just impractical to have a shot of each and every character... Change periods should last at least a month before switching your avatar again. 4) Give me time! Don't worry, I read all your requests, and I assure you that I'm working on them...if it doesn't magically appear in 5 minutes, don't fret! I will fill in your request as soon as I can... 5) And on an Important Note. This thread is for AVATAR REQUESTS ONLY. If I continue to see posts of any other nature (mudslinging, whining, spam, fruitless comments) I will not hesitate to wipe the whole thing from existance. That means no more custom avatars for ANYONE. So be more considerate to your fellow members and stop clogging up things here - 'cause you'll only ruin it for the rest. 6) having browsed through our collection as per point 2, you should have an idea of the style and quality of avatars we adhere to. Do your utmost to provide an avatar that is of high-quality and manga or anime related. Doing so will save you rejection. IMPORTANT: Avatar Requests are closed for the time being, due to failure to follow these rules. In the meantime, please read them over so that when this topic re-opens, it can stay open.

Requests filled, excepting two. The image quality of both Zako and Paper Mario is below what we like to see in our avatars. Please try and provide cleaner versions.
bakamattsu, can you explain what a "cleaner" version means, like whats the problem and stuff like that.

What I meant was that those two particular avatars look pretty low grade. They've got very rough edges and artifacts on them. In short, they look pretty messy. A clean, sharper image is preferable. Zanza, what is that? It looks like a butt.
