Recreation Do u like rain?

I am the only one... who i guess hates rain.. i dislike it so.

Snow is more for me.

 

I like rain, but my most favorite will always be snow. I love snow.

Rain is fun when you're sleeping, makes you feel so comfortable, and then you fall asleep in almost an instant. That's what I like most about it.

I LOVE rain. *_* It hasn't rained here in weeks. (Well, it has, but I'm always out and I've missed it. x_o) I want RAIN. ^__^;;

 

Okay, I'm kind of rethinking my opinion. It has rained every day without fail for more than a week. It's like Noah's Ark all over again, except I don't see any boats anywhere and the only animals we have are squirrels. I know this town is called Waterloo, but it should be Waterloo, not Waterfallingfromtheskyloo.

 

i love the rain!!! i remember when i was still a kid me and single spark used to play outside when it rains... here in canada i cant do that anymore since its starting to get cold...

 

What, or who's single spark?
p.s- i think it's funny that the whole thing(pole)is 1to18 rain winning!

I love the rain, its so nice and peaceful. Hardly anybody walks the streets, the air tastes freash and sharp and the sound makes the perfect sleep music.

Its only nice in slightly humid areas. High humidity ruins it because all I can think about is how muggy it is going to be once the sun peeps out. On another bad note, every time it drizzles here in Los Angeles, everyone starts crashing into everything. Best not to hit the roads until the manics have been given a few hours to wear out their cars.

 

I love the rain!! I just brings a great smell to everything around you..and its fun to play in!! espesaly the puddles!!! ^__^

Yep, I love the rain. The only time I can ever fall asleep is if either I'm very tired from a good training, at a Mushaira/party all night...

Or if I can hear the soft pitter patter of the rain on my window/roof. Ah, yes, sweet sweet rain. Envelope me in your wonderous sanctum.

What would I do without rain? ^^

 

Well... I perfer it when its not raining....It just feels so gloomy....and cold.........


But beside that it is beautiful.....

To tell you the truth to me it doesnt matter if it rains or not. I was inspired on this by this quote i found in hagakure.

" There is something to be learned from a rainstorm. When meeting with a sudden shower you try not to pet wet and run quickly along the road. But doing such things as passing under the eaves of houses, you still get wet. When you are resolved from the beginning, you will not be perplexed, though you still get the same soaking. This understanding extends to everything."

Think about this..........

 

on 11/12 i got stuck out side my house in a hail storm. when i say storm i mean lightening thunder the whole nine yards but it was so fun my and my friends were stuck out side for about two hours before my parents got home

 

Hagakure... a fine piece of literature. ^_^ It also mentions something about rain several times in "The Art Of War".

 

I like the rain, but I hate it when I'm in it.

 

I really like the rain.
Not drizzly rain, but HEAVY rain that comes down in sheets.
I love standing in it and just being soaked.
Rain fits my moods most of the time, but I will always love snow the most... I can stand as it's falling forever...just let it cover my hair and eyelashes... have the white cover all my black clothing...
