Recreation Do you ever get sick of stupid polls?

You see, i just was curious if anyone cares what brand of shoe the person on the other end of the modem is wearing. No really, just a question.
I feel that people with nothing better to say, (such as myself) will make up any old crap just for the sake of saying something! agree?

Yeah, it does seem that people are way more interested in 'making their voice heard' (even if their voice has nothing valid in it, f*cking ), than actually adding anything worthwhile. What are you gonna do though?
It is helpful to stick to the rule "if you don't like it, don't read it"
but people tend to write whatever they want, rather than stay on topic, so you may be looking at a thread about Love Hina, but you'll probably find out their shoe brand anyway.

 

Yeah i voted yes, but mainly coz im down on polls just now. Usually i have no quams with polls but whenever i posted a cool anime poll it got the lukewarm response of about 8 posts (a big thankyou to the dozens.................and dozens of Wolfwoods fans) and yet the second I wrote a REALLY stupid thread (not a poll but was like one) to do with the people on this forum it broke 20 posts in no time, even though this is an anime forum.

Yeah, my "how do you where your hair" forum was a test of my mine to check if a stupid thread about people did better than a good thread about anime, and it was. Sorry.

Well, I don't mind the polls. I'm pretty damn bored a lot of the time, and all that polls are for is aleviating that bordom. If you don't like topics like that, I think the misc board isn't really for you.

 

I like Polls even if it was on a stupid topic .. I just want to see wts the majority of ppl agree on ..

id have to agree with this fully the misc forum is for just that--misc stuff for bored people of course random stuff can pop anywhere true so i suppose you arent completely immune...sigh why do i even bother with this sort of crap?!?

If you hate polls that much that you'd say 'yes' then you should disdain them and not vote.

I haven't voted. Like most things, I'm pretty ambivalent about them.

 

Although usually I would be guilty of such a heinous crime, and loving it, in this case the "test" was done by wolfwood, not me. Feel free to blame me, though. It's funnier that way. They never suspect the innocent little brother *teeth from lain laugh*
