    http://www.anime-cel.com/ourstuff/pictures/sazaesan.jpg looks like a Charlie Brown type thing, I'm sure it's hilarious to watch, but perhaps I would lose a lot in the translation..

    plus, it looks very easy to animate, and I think it's a situational comedy like The Simpsons.

    But really what is the longest not counting this something thats drawn more like.... the style we usally see

    Never watched My Neighbors the Yamadas? By Studio G?

    Anyway others are as follows.

    Doraemon 1979 (It ran until last yearish) Over a 1,000
    Chibi Maruko-chan (There was two series) Over 400

    There is a few other with that type of animation.

    Pokemon has over 400 (Thats with advance)
    Detective Conan has over 400
    One Piece 276
    Naruto next week 200
    Urusei Yatsura: 195
    Astro boy: 193
    Prince of Tennis: 178 + National Tournament (13 maybe)

    DBZ, DB, DBGT: 478
    YGO (1 season), YGO, YGO GX, YGO CM: 364+ (can't forget my Yugi. FR would kill me) also GX is still running
    SailorMoon: 200
    Tenchi: Isn't worth saying...

    How would you keep making 5500 episodes?! o_0

    Hmm,I know Pokemon never ends,YGO just stopped after some hundred,sailor is another long one,and the rest...
