Recreation Domo-kun!!!

My brother introduced me to domo-kun the other day. Has anyone else seen him? (Note: Inu, that's the little creature in the kitty pic I showed you ^_^).

I think Domo-kun is the mascot of a japanese TV station. He used to be in short advertisement clips that told a story, and he's become quite popular since then...

Yes, domo-kun is the little brick-like critter in the videos, not the girl. I sometimes visit www.fark.com and for awhile, he was kind of a fark joke.

So that's who that little rectangular guy with all the teeth is. I saw toys of him all over Japan. Nearly bought one because he was so...sort of...scary-cute.

Is he known for being particularly evil? There was a snow sculpture of him in Sapporo and it looked like he was cooking a cactuar-looking guy in a big pot, and the cactuar-looking thing was pretty horrified. Like you would be, I suppose.
