    My favorites are Pirate Prelude--Thrash the Plank, aka the song(s) you hear during the King K Rool battle. Then there's Aerofunknamics, which I don't think is from a specific stage(that I can recall), and is probably the most techno of the bunch. Mine Cart Misadventure, Chekan Winter, and West Coast DK Island are great too.
