This game is a deservant of a review like mine. (Not that Im special or anything, I just own the game) So, since i got to experience this game firsthand, thought I'd tell you wether its worth your money or not.

Ok, here's how the gameplay goes.
    Dragon Universe mode
In this mode, you have to fly around the two different world maps in order to progress through the story and collect the Dragon Balls if you want to.
Pros: Collecting and going through the story. You also unlock moves like this.
Cons: Not all characters have a story mode. Cool moves for the others arent in story mode.
    Duel mode
2 player mode, or watch the computer play.
Pros: Its not as hard as the cheap computer.
Cons: Very frustrating if the move you want doesent execute.
    Tournament mode:
    Just like Duel mode.
Pros: You get money when you win.
Cons: Falling out of the ring isnt so difficult.
    The Dragon Balls
There's only 7 in a character's Dragon Universe story, so it shouldnt be difficult to collect these. The main Con for this is that you must finish the game in any way possible to use them.
Pros: The intro for Shenron is ok. You also can get the move Breakthrough.
Cons: You gotta wait. You also have only an option of 3 wishes.

As for the rest, you must buy the other moves (ex: Gotenks) with the money you collect. The moves appear by random every time you enter the shop.
all the rest is just fighting fighting fighting.
I cant say the game is bad. But some things could still be fixed.
Nevertheless, this surpasses Budokai 1 or 2 in any matter, exept for the wishing. This is a game you should buy pre-played, because it isnt very time consuming. Getting Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta takes about an hour. So if your looking for some thrills, this game is the way to go.
KaiyonTormentor: Buy it preplayed, sell it as if you bought it new. Or you could just rent it. The game doesent take long to get repetitive.
    Kaiyontormentor gives DragonBall Z: Budokai 3 a 7 out of 10.
Quote for the game: "We gotta power"

This is the type of game that gets very good in the beginning but as time quickly passes playing time dramatically decreases. Not only was it annoying with the story mode which was practically the only way you could unlock new opponents. Some you can't even find without searching the internet. I would recommend this game to the HARDCORE DBZ fans.

My rating: 6 out of 10 stars.
