Asians actually vary in many features. Take for example, Japanese. Many of them have huge eyes, while others have very squinty eyes. Chinese can range from very dark skin to very light skin (just like Filipinos). So yeah it's actually pretty tricky to figure out how to draw Asians, and tricky as well to get a certain ethnicity.

In general, Asians don't have big noses, and especially don't have pointy noses (like Pinnochio). They also have smaller/shorter jaws. Eyes can vary, but for simplicity sake, I guess you could have em kinda like slits ("slanted"). Overall, Asian girls (and guys too) can be quite petite (although there are exceptions), so don't give them super long arms and legs, but give em small breasts. Lots of Asian girls I know have very faint eyebrows, so faint that they have to draw them on with makeup! Asian guys don't have very wide beards; most of them have beards that grow on just their chin (like mine!). (Good tip to keep in mind if you're gonna draw grown male characters.)

If you're gonna draw a lot of Asians, try varying their appearances (don't make them all look exactly the same, but it is common to have friends that kinda look alike, for example, two girls with the same hair style).

Thier faces are more block-ish. As opposed to teh europeans who have kinda pointed chins.
And here's a good tip on noses. Don't draw noses, just draw teh shading to the side, which makes it look like they have a nose, but it's flat. That's for Jap people mostly though.
And eyes don't necessarily have to be slanted, just almond shaped. And no eyelid lines.

I think what you should do, is find images of real Asian people, and draw from life first.

this thread reminds me of how South Park drew all the Canadians. lol.. don't be drawing them all the same and thinking they have egg-shaped heads with a puppet mouth..
