Art Drawing...lil girl carrying an...

Well it's another old drawing from a few years ago. I digitally added in the "grass" from another image.

Oh, and I was too lazy to draw out her hands at the time.

Aren't children so much more adorable when they are in a situation that they are able to hack your limbs off ? This pick is grotesquely cute. I like it's simplicity, and the potential of what you can derive from the picture.

Which, the drawing or my style in general? During the time of that drawing I was experimenting with different styles. After spending a few days browsing two Japanese manga stores, I found a few manga artists who have some pretty whack styles. A few looked like American style comics, others were very simplified and deformed (like characters you find on American snack packages). So yeah, just cuz it doesn't look like the stuff you're used to, doesn't mean it's not manga.

The axe was just something cute for her to hold. Don't worry; my newer drawings are coming soon.

 

Ummm :sweat: ehehe, i didn't say it looked bad. I said it would look a little better if it looked like those on anime.
