Anime *drools*

I just bought the Berserk DVD Box Set.



This should tide me over for a good long while.


Edit: Turns out I bought a box that comes with Volume 1 and has space for future volumes, so it's only technically a box set...

*curses loudly and repeatedly*

 

Anyone seen both the official release DVD's and the HK dvd's, just wondering what the transfer is like. Obviously theres more space on 7 dvd's than there are on 3. But the HK dvd's looked like they were either badly downsampled from the japanese release dvd's or just masters from the laserdisks that have been out for a few years now.

In particular episode 13, which is very dark in the HK dvd's. Anyone? If its much better i'll pick up 'em up when they're all out.
