Video Games Dynasty Warriors 4

You know this game is fun... but (I know this is crazy) I actually like number 3 better *It seems to have more guys to kill and the gameplay seems cleaner to me. I also hate it when you kill too many enemy troops in #4 and the main enemy retreats.

 

does DW4 have aot of new characters..and i was wondering have they gotten and new animals to ride...?cause i liked part 3 it was very awsome...it was even beter when i would play COOP really fun killing poeple with a freind..

i have read little in regards to this successor ~ i remember something mentioned about custom character creation; is this true? how much detail is put into this feature? ^.-

 

about the animals. you can get an elephant to ride. and the horses do things now. like one horses you cant get knocked off of, and another icreases mounted attack.
for the characters, they took out two (nu wa and fu xi) and put in three new ones. one for each team(red blue and green). but you can make your own general to be like nuwa and fu xi, so dont worry.
i agree with wicked tho. there are more troops to kill in 3. and the troops in 4 are down right annoying. but there are good points about 4, like the orbs and longer story mode(missions seem shorter tho).
all in all, i prefer 3. manily because in 4 you cant make your wepons better(they have no atributes). hope this helps

 

Also about the character creation Tyso, it does lack badly. When you make the character you have the following limits: no face, one male female body, four sets of cloths for each(doesn't seem like much) and you only have the free battle option. but, the horses are pretty cool, then the wepons O-o the wepons... you upgrade them and get orbs,... but wait whats this, THATS POINTLESS! you can find better ones IN NUMBER 3 which I think is alot funner. With the luck factor of getting one even better than your final to get better stats and you're ultimate final wepon (NONE IN FOUR) has an element its self. so all and all I recomend sticking with three and legends :dizzy2: CHA!

 

you can play mouso mode with created characters. but it's still fun to name and kinda make your own general. i also really like the bodygaurds in 4. there cool since you can actually max them out. also siryu, i need your help getting ma chao's fourth wepon. its really hard by my self (my items arnt that good).

 

i played the shat out of dw3. my friend had it, so i borrowed it and played it for like 3 days strait during the summer. it was fun. i like the idea overall with them. fighting big groups of ppl with weapons. fun. i would rent dw4, but i dont kno if i would buy it

 

Yhea the whole Idea is great in 3 and killing mass amounts of people is fun, but in four the guys are noticably reduced But, hey to rent the story mode is better
