Eirtaku Eirtaku Chat Client

Heh, hope this works. Can't test it atm, irc is blocked by firewall where I am.

I modified Slydice's old "M2A Client" to and "Eirtaku Client" (Hope you don't mind m8), I didn't change the execs, the new mirc wouldn't make any real difference to usability.
