Computers End Task

I have windows XP and when use press controll alt delete the End task screen comes up. . . .Ussually there are little tabs on the top of the window that allow you too see CPU ussage and stuff.

But they have dissapeared on mine. And i dont know how they just arent there anymore. My system restore wont go back far enough to erase the problem. I wish i could give a screen shot of it so i could show you what i mean.

Does anyone know whats wronge? And how i can fix this?

 

i cant even do that. Here now i can show you the screen. I figured out how to do screen shots! It only shows the programs running.
