    I am currently watching this anime, and I was wondering, is there an actually storyline for this. I really like this anime, it is not like any other, I was just wondering, what is the deal about it, any comments about Excel Saga will help, thank you for reading.

    yes it does in fact.. it is going towards somewhere to an ultimate ending as well ^__^
