I ordered my Crest DVDs on Friday...

And I got 'em TODAY! (Tuesday)!!!! ** :catgirl: Finally!!! ^^ Just a day after my b-day!!! ^^ ^^ ^^ ^^ ^^ ^^ ^^

It…was…AMAZING! EXCELLENT! I LOVE IT!!! ^^ ^_^ !!!!!!

I cried at the end… It's so sad and it's something you wouldn't expect!! I took the "journey" in steps (I had to wait almost a year after I got Vol 1 to get Vol 2, which I go this February).

Oh, I love it. It's awesome. It's just stunning! The way the plot twists and turns is excellent… *dozes off* It made me cry at least twice… (I think it's sadder than Magic Knight Rayearth, which I didn't think was that sad, since I kinda assumed that what happened would happen…)

I HIGHLY recommend it. Ignore the fact that you may feel like you're bored for a bit, because it'll go away. Really!!!

And I REALLY wanna see the next series! At an Amazon.com review, they called it (the next part) Celestial Banner. (I'd always known it by Battleflag of the Stars). But in Vol 4 there wasn't even a HINT at its release…

But it was great nonetheless. (Okay! I'll stop!) ^^ :catgirl:

 

Very brief summary. Any more and I'd spoil it. ^^ ^^

An Empire called the Humankind Empire Abh takes over the Hyde Star System. The president of the system, Rock Lin, surrendered in exchange that the leader of the system be chosen from within it, which meant him. He, however, didn't get the title, and it was his son who was sent to learn the Abh language and basics.

*thinks about the trailer*

Seven years after the conquering (my wording), he is going to be escorted to the Abh capital, located in the nation called Sufagnoff. (They say Sufugnoff, but it's supposed to be Sufagnoff. They even slip up and write "Sufagnoff" in one of the subs! ^^) Anyway, a young Pilot Trainee from the Star Forces arrives to take him to the ship she came from, and it all starts there…

Oh, did I forget to mention that the trainee is the granddaughter of the Empress Ramaj? ^^;

The boy, Jinto Lin, has to serve in the Star Forces (he HAS to and you learn why in the CotS history in Vol 2) in order to finally take his title as Count Hyde.

Any more and there'd be spoilers beyond your imagination. I assure you, you'll likely like it. (Leave the redundance alone.. ^^)

Oh yeah, there's a trailer for that on my SMJ DVD(still bragging about that?). God, what a horrible trailer. I'm positive however, that it did not do the show itself even a minute amount of justice.
So much anime. So little time money and convenience.

 

Actually, the trailer's BGM was what made me buy the series in the first place! (Yes. Music is a hook!) That BGM only appears at the end of ep 13, though..
