    You had quite a long run here on the boards, being one of our oldest members that still hung around. You're quite amazing with your design talents, and I'm sure you will go places if you keep at it. Your goodbye is a bit sudden, but I'm sure you've thought it through and know what's best.

    Take care, and don't forget any of the wonderful moments you had around here.

    That sounds so final. Your decision and I'm sure you know why you made it. I've just never understood why something like that has to be so absolute. Why not just do what I've done on many occasions and severely cut back on posting or just disappear for a couple months?

    If you're really ok with cutting off (most) relationships you have here fire away, but it all seems needlessly melodramatic to me.
