That's the leader of the Shinintai (?) and I think his name is Rekotsu. Isn't he hot Mystic-san? ^^

 

He is, but not as hot as Sesshomaru!

O_O Oops. I always confuse them (except for cutie pie Jakotsu). Well, both Jakotsu and Bankotsu are cute. Bankotsu reminds me a little of Hiten though (also a cutie).
