Music Favorite Media Player?

    Since I can already tell that my Black/Death metal thread is getting off to a booming start....

    What is your favorite media player on the computer?

    Mine's gotta be Winamp. So much better than, Windows Media Player, for example. Actually, I'm downloading Winamp v. 5 right now.

    Sorry for interupting.... but there is an existing thread of this kind in the Otaku forum

    And to round things up... I use Windows Media for movies and anime, DivX as an alternative and I use winamp for music files.

    For .mp3, Winamp 2.whatever all the way. Anything later than that is garbage. Musicmatch for CD's, but only because I only put a CD in my computer if I'm ripping it, and it does a very good job of that. For video stuff, it's Windows Media Player, just because it's the default, and a lot faster than the other stuff I have.
