i would have to say that the indian guy says the best quotes if you actually listen to him in a couple of episodes..he says some real stuff.to spike whenever spike asks for help...

Then there's ed, not mentioned, whatever she says is hilarious!!! "All is fair in love and war!!" (mostly, its the way she sounds.)
As for faye, she usually just has something snippy to say, but once in a while she'll get some good ones. Once (she was referring to Julia) she said "...Like an angel from the underworld, or a devil from paradise." (forgot some of it)

Jet never really said anything I'd remember though...

 

Vicious has by far the most memorable quotes.

"he was a beast who lost his fangs.. same goes for you" episode 5.
