Neon Genesis Evangelion Favourite Eva Character?

Just because this is almost an impossible question to answer, and every character is unique, and I love just about all of them. . .

I'm saying my Pen-to-zee-second ish the best.

My favorite is Misato cause shes hot and sexy. And her voice is done by Alsion Keith. :anime:

 

And her japanese voice is done by 'Mitsuishi Kotono' who also does a number of other anime seiyuu:

/me voted for Misato as well. She was very centred in the series, what I meant was that her presence is very noticeable and eye-catching.

As I reapeatedly mentioned in Neon Genesis Evangelion section, I like Asuka the most among the characters from Neon Genesis Evangelion, and that is somewhat strange for I rarely like tough 'I will always get my way' type of people, and, truth to tell, I didn't like Asuka much when she first made an appearance. But somewhere in the middle of the series, I've grown to like Asuka's fiery temper, as well as the way she is able to cope with her painful past.

 

to end all wars, kauro and rei. theres nothing like a mysterious character who has complete control over everything they meet and see, but gives the illusion that they dont. for instance, when asuka slaps rei in the elevator because of her own emotional problems (i dont like asuka) rei knew it was to come, if she didnt let it happen then asuka would have been more angry and fiery than before, leaving all doubt over the recovery of her sync ratio way out of reach.
but i guess its up to the individual.

 

My favourite char has to be kaji

yes i know something happens to him but i like the confidant character but most off all i like how he annoys misato and how he reacts to other characters he's really laid back and not a fruitcake like everyone else!

I have seen every episode and movie but I have no favorite character.

I had a very good impression of Koaru, but then he had to die. I know he still was there in The End of Evangelion, but I wished he could talk more with Shinji. I think Shinji really needed to be comforted by someone like Koaru. He was the only one who could "reach" Shinji.

Anyway, I find all the main characters either too cold or too depressing. You can't get to know the minor characters so none of them are my favorite. I guess it is many who don't have a favorite... Right?

I can't stand Asuka. She is so angry and bossy all the time. I hate her, actually, even she only is a character. I don't understand why she acts like she does, and why someone can be so selfish as her.

Or maybe she just tells the truth? Shinji and Rei aren't the most funniest people to be around. Anyway, Asuka should have been more co-operative, friendly and comforting.
I don't understand why so many like her. It's unbelievable...
