well I've been watching Trigun for a while now, it's probably the secound anime I ever saw. However only recently have I finnally become addicted enough to pay attention to it. I used to hate it yet watch it anyway, and now I absolutely love it.
For most of my strange fandom I only watched it randomly. I never watched it, knowingly, from the begining and I never had a clue what was going on until more recently. Of course, a truely great show means you can love it without a clue what is going on.
Anyhow, by now I've seen many episodes several times and yet havn't seen several of them, including the last ones. In fact, in all this time I've really never watched an episode between the one at Augusto to the the last episode.
And yet all this time I strangely thought the show was maybe 50-75 episodes long, and I've only seen maybe half of only 26 episodes!
I'm actually glad I've yet to watch the whole thing through. If I did I'd be sick of it by now. However I finnally realized I'd seen all the episodes up to the point of the episode with Augusto and when I hit it I was determined not to miss another episode.
Two nights later I discovered that the tape I recorded the episode on was totally wrecked and nothing was recorded. However I had seen the episode before, just not in context.
Thankfully I've yet to miss one since. I plan to watch to the end this time, then maybe watch it through from begining to end for once.
Now if only I could get the entire show on one DVD. It'd be so much easier.

So basically, despite the fact that I've been watching the show for maybe 6 months now I've only seen a little over half of it...
