Square Enix FFX-2 lure bracelet help

When I first started playing the game, I only put on about 10 hours till I quit because I had like 25% done going into chapter 3 and I wanted the best ending so I started a new. The second time through though, when I looked I didn't have the lure bracelet which I had in the first time through. I never bought it or anything and I can't find it. I have been online looking for anyone who knows were it is but nothing. If anyone can tell me where it is, you would make me happy. Thanks in advance to anyone who replies.

Getting it:

Bikanel Desert Oasis SL2, it is dropped by Logos at Bikanel Desert's Oasis
when you are searching for female Leblanc Syndicate uniforms to sneak into
their hideout.

Common/Rare Drop: Logos

So basically, you get it during the chapter you have to get the Leblanc Syndicate outfits, In Bikanel Desert when you fight Logos and Ormi.
