Anime Final Fantasy Chronicles

I hope I can put game reviews in here...Chrono Trigger has anime cut scenes though, so hey!


Well I just picked me up a copy of Final Fantasy Chronicles, this package comes with Final Fantasy 4 and Chrono Trigger remakes.
First I popped in Chrono Trigger to play on my Playstation and it had an awesome opening movie done by Akira Toriyama. Actually the art in the game was done by Akira Toriyama(the guy who does dragonball). It also has a new version of the Chrono Trigger theme during this movie, which I liked. One thing that bothered me though was the loading time, I felt like I was playing it on my emulator for my old 486! The loading is tolerable though in Chrono Trigger for PSX, except for when it glitches every once in a while. It may be the playstation that is glitching(it's getting kinda old). But otherwise the game is really cool, and I plan to beat the game until I see every ending(again...).
One thing I am hoping for is anime cutscenes throughout the game, I heard somewhere that there is. But I'm worried that it'll only be at the ends of the game where you get access to new ones.

Although from playing the new Final Fantasy 4 I noticed that it was flawless. Plus they kept in "YOU SPOONY BARD!!!". The loading is pretty fast too

 

I know what you mean, that game was probably the best thing that ever happened to my computer (emulator thing u know) and well, the spoony bard didnt make sense to me, it was still darn funny.

Chrono Trigger in FF chronicles was great! It was really hard, you really had to look for stuff ,it wasn't as easy as some games! I liked ff4 too! Grrrrrr-Reat!

The stories are awesome.. and also the anime cut scenes in CT. Although I'm not a big fan of Akira Toriyama, but at least the reward is anime cut scenes... I Really wished that Tales of Destiny would have more anime cut scenes... maybe my game play was totally bad.. hmm

CT was the best game ever made and im so happy they rereleased it

And im glad they finally let out the REAL version of FF4 not the poo kiddie easy version the released in 1992 I hated that, made me skip FF6...

Anyway... CT 4 Evah! lol im so lame

I played the Final Fantasy Chronicles Chrono Trigger and I didn't see ANY anime FMV scenes of Chrono Trigger and the loading time was way too slow. I quit when I met Ayla in the forest because I could have swore there was at least that FMV but deceit reared it's ugly head. I wonder why it wouldn't play for me... I'm sad:sad:
But the intro looked so awesome!!!!
