Story

One day, in the year 3000, a large tower appeared. That tower went right through the Earth, one side came out of the North Pole, one side out of the South Pole. Cloud Strife, Squall Leonheart, and Tidus came upon this tower. They noticed it was frozen in a very solid substance of ice, and had to open it to find out what was in it. They searched for answers and found out they need to find a flame crest to stick into an opening on the ice around the door, which is hidden somewhere on the West Continent. They gather their old comrades and head out to find the crest. What they don’t notice is, to gain access to the West Continent, they need Sephiroth, Siefer, and Kuja's permission, which, alas, will not be easy to get. They must find ways to persuade them, and get permission to the west continent.
