    Kenshiro is hired by a young boy Jiro to rescue village girl Mika and her boyfriend Sam who have been kidnapped from a poor village by Madam Pahtrah and her Dragon Gang, triggering memories of Yulia's abduction. Madam Patrah vanishes, destroying the village's water supply.
