Food for thought: Pandas

    We suspect that if pandas were as plentiful (and edible) as dogs, the Chinese would already be eating them.

    That doesn't stop them from eating a lot of other animals... the plentiful and edible part that is.

    This would make an interesting Current Event or Debate to mull over.

    I won't sign the petition though.

    Petition? Oh no this isn't really about that. I just am amused by the panda part... I think they don't eat pandas because pandas are now like the bald eagle is to use. Have you heard some of the stuff they eat over there? It doesn't matter whether an animal is endangered or not, if they think the critter has magical traits then you're likely to see it on the black market. In some countries over there they drink Pangolin blood as though it were wine.
