Saber Marionette For those of you who have read "CinderHana"

I'm at a loss on who to cast as the fairy godmother. So I thought I'd ask you zanies for some help. Please vote your conscience; not just for who would look the silliest in a dress (although that is part of it I guess

Much as I would like to see Goeddel in drag for the sheer comedic value...

After about two minutes of thought,I went through each of the candidates credentials:

Goeddel:
Comedic Value: High
Value to the Plot: Nil
Comments: I just can't stop guffawing at the mental image of Goeddel in a dress,but I can't see him in the role of the Fairy Godmother (GodGeneral?). He'd probably treat Hana like crap,and suggest that he somehow deserves living with the marionettes for eternity - not the sort of personality you'd want in a Fairy Godmother.

Hess:
Comedic Value: Nil
Value to the Plot: Low-Moderate
Comments: Frankly,there's just something disturbing about Hess in a dress - for that matter,about Hess in general. However, I could see him coming up with some weird way of simulating the Fairy Godmother's magical powers with some freaky machine or something...

Soemon Obiichi:
Comedic Value: Nil
Value to the Plot: Nil
Comments: ..................

Panther:
Comedic Value: Low
Value to the Plot: Moderate
Comments: I could see her wanting to help Hana out agianst the marionettes...

Yang Ming:
Comedic Value: Nil
Value to the Plot: High
Comments: Given his antics in J to X,I'd say that he's definately up to the kind of scheming that the Fairy Godmother role calls for. However,whether it would be a good idea to do so is another matter.

Hikozaemon:
Comedic Value: Low
Value to the Plot: Nil
Comments: I could only see him if this were a farcical comedy,which it doesn't seem to be. And,although he's a self-proclaimed party animal,and surely has done some wild things in his youth,the thought of the old guy dressing in drag... *shudders*

None of the given options worked for me,so I had to try some of the other characters...

Marine:
Comedic Value: Low-High
Value to the Plot: Nil
Comments: Though I could see hilarity ensue from her fear of men and other aspects of her personality,I don't see her willingly going against Lime.

Yumeji:
Comedic Value: Very High
Value to the Plot: High
Comments: Now THIS is what I call classy comedy! Yumeji has the biggest potential for hilarity (YAY LUBE!) and is motivated enough (and perhaps clever enough) to pull off something of this magnitude.

InuYasha - And that's all I have to say about that...

Is it just me or is does this line of mine sound like something from a Dr. Seuss book?

No, Dr. Seuss was rolling in his grave when I wrote "Green Eggs and Hana", but I'm sure he's showing his appreciation for "Hess in a Dress" by banging his head against his coffin lid or something.
