I don't have money to spend in Xpensive pens and such...
I'm gonna list you my pencils/pens I use

    MECHANIC PENCILS...
for the "skeleton" 0.5mm and first details, 0.7mm for hair and clothing

If I look at it and looks superb and desserved inking...
I use Pilot Precise V5 for details and Pilot Precise V7 for hair and clothing

you can this in under 4$ o 5$

I think they look kind of like normal pen nibbs from my opinion. I don't really know though since I usually use maru pens. I'm guessing thats g-pens are what most mangakas' use for inking things. But I might be wrong.

    Search and ye shall find:

"Using pen nibs, you can achieve a great look in your art. The nibs allow flexibility in line width. With practice, one can achieve sharp and smooth lines. We also carry inks and opaque. Opaque is used to add highlights to your art or to correct any mistakes that you make in inking.

Manga artists in Japan swear by the G-pen, which can draw both thick and thin lines by varying drawing pressure. The Saji (or spoon-type) pen is slightly easier to use. It draws thicker lines and it is often used for outlines. The Maru pen is equivalent to the crow quill pen in the US. Used for extremely thin lines, fine details such as hair and eye lashes. "

    "Description (G-pen):
Flexible pen capable of drawing thin and thick lines with the amount of pressure added. Manga artists in Japan swear by this multi-use pen. Face lines are usually drawn by the G-pen. "

i might be kinda late for this but...
    g-pen=graphic pen

    ^_^

the g-pen may come in many different point shape, it may be thin or thick depending on the number, i like to use g-pen#20 as to ink hard edges ^_^ that's all. i might be wrong but i'm pretty sure about it.. XD

it helps artist to draw thin and think lines in one line ^^
