well thats debatable. against Kenshin he begins the fight with his sword is his right hand but the Gatotsu is left handed as was Hirazuki. Okita's Three step pierce started with the right hand... technically he right handed but he uses a left handed technique also againt Sano in the beggining of manga 7 chapter 48 he reaches for his zatoichi sword with his right hand

Well, here are a few things i know:
Aoshi-sama has a Kasenada, so yeah.
Also, when Soujiro was little, he had his Wakizashi, but I know Okita didn't use taht later, becuase it was a really little sword. Okita was known for being able to wield a bokken, katana, and shinai all with teh same effectiveness.

But Soujiro used the Nihontou, so is that what Okita used as well?
