    I am curious actually. In FF6, in the world of ruin, at the collesium, where single characters battle different monsters: is there any way to beat that big pink monster who blows you off the screen? This has always bothered me.

    No, there is no way to win that particular fight. That was Square's catch-all comabt for items they didn't have a case for. In other words, un-winnable. Kinda annoying to lose items to it, no?

    hmmm...if they guide didnt work, than have you tried powering up your characters? whats the lowest amount of hp that ypuvr reduced him to?

    hmmm..ffx question.
    how do you get through the cloister of trials in the zanderkan ruins?? i know your suppose to follow the picture on the wall and try to copy that on the blocks er sumthing..but i cant figure out how to do that. like i would step on blocks and they would light up..but does it have to be in a order er sumthing??

    Yes, they have to look roughly in the shape it's lighted on the panel. If you get lost, just look at the screen to see which tiles are lighted. Basically, you have to get it as close as possible to match the shapes on the screen. An easier, but more drawn out way, of doing it is just to make note of when it messes up and the blocks reset. Then repeat, and try another block. If you're really lost, just use a FAQ, even though, y'know, it's bad. I *did* have to use a FAQ to figure out how to get that particular places Treasure though. But, that's that.

    There is a way to win. You just gotta be a little lucky. What I did is go in with a fully-powered teammate that can use swords. Equip him with 9999 damage weapons, like Atma and Excalbur or Ragnarok (which is better by a trifold). Then, Genji Glove and Offering him/her (I used Edgar) and hope he attacks for the first round. Use potions to bet, so you don't lose anything important. If he's fully powered, he should be able to beat him in one round. Then, you've got yourself an Elixer!!! It might be easier with Locke though, if you can find ultra-high damage weapons for him, since his speed gives him precedence over Chupon. ^_^

    up to 60,000:sweat:
    and did rais my characters power the highest hp is auron 3330 and tidus 3010 how can i get more spheres is there a store in the game i can buy them at

    The BEST place to get them is at the Arena. There's a certain monster that drops 40 or so of one item. Just use a Sphere Distiller (like Speed Distiller, etc...) and you'll be able to get 40 of that sphere instead of the items he drops. ^_^

    Or, you can just roam around more, and make sure to overkill EVERY SINGLE baddie you come across. They *usually* drop more items that way.

    Edit: Yeah, you can buy distillers in stores.

    Really Izzy? it drops 40? i thought that when you threw one at a monster it drops one! so what monsters do you throw them at

    im inforutatily even if you do successfully defeat the cupon in the colosum he still snezzes you away, like Bakamattsu said there is no possable way to win this battle. yeah izzy your plan is good, (i prefer the illumina) but Mr. Cupoun 'snezze' you away and then he dies, so you can't win the battle.

    No, he doesn't SNEEZE you away, if you're faster than him. At least, not at any point that I beat him, and I try and beat him once per game. Then again, I'm not 100% sure, since it's been years since I've fully played through.
