    aparently a second season of ghost in the shell stand alone complex has begun airing in japan recently.

    I heard something like this some time ago. What I heard was that they wanted to extend GITS: SAC to 52 eps from 26. But then decided on releasing it as a second season. Anyhow, if its airing in Japan now it means fansubs will be out soon... which means good news!
