Video Games GOD OF WAR bugs

God of War, good game but I ran into a few too many problems in one level. The floors and walls, the entire level was disappearing on me. I fell into eternal blackness until i died. I had to do the stage like seven times before it stopped glitching out on me.

 

And how excactly did this happen? Is there like a way to do it, or are you just telling one of your stories from your daily life?

Im glad that you put that up dark_aftiel i was plannin on buying it but now i think ill just rent it thanks ...but still how can a game like that bug over that many times ill just check it out and see for my self

 

How do you know that this could happen to you? Maybe it was the game, or whatever console (or PC) you were using. There's still no proof that this happens to all "God of War" games.....

I know thats why i said that i would rent it i never said that i would never play the game.

My point still stands. I have the game, and so far, nada glitches....

well whats your system that could be the problem or it could be that the games disc is defective or somthing that runs around that area

The glitch occurred in the Sewers of Athens stage and what happened the first time was I was just running through the level slaughtering everything on easy mode when suddenly the entire level in front of me disappeared, I fell, kept on falling, then died. Second trial, I did the level again, got through all the way to the end and then when I climbed the ladder to where the lever and the spiral staircase would have been the camera didn't follow me, it just stayed focused on the bottom of the ladder. It took me several tries to get through the stage without errors occuring. "IF" it was a glitch and not my system then I guess you can tell when it's triggered because the music track will either stop, reset instead of loop, or play the wrong track. I'm thinking about doing some maintenance on my PS2 but so far that's the only game I've had problems with.

 

Oh, and just so no one misunderstands. I love the game, and you should check out the character graveyard and other special features.
