Movies Godzilla vs. Godzilla

In a fight who would win Japanese Godzilla or American Godzilla.

You decide

i chose Japanese Gozilla because he has the atomic breath and he is very fast and tall

 

Considering that Gojira! is basically immortal, I believe it would win.
Also, it can breath atomic fire and stuff, whereas the American one could only only yell and have bad breath. Nuclear power vs. sonic energy ... hmmm ... I wonder?

Little known fact: the Japanese name "Gojira" was derived from a security guard or grunt or something who worked at the studio. He was really big and scary, and they called him Gorilla or something, but then it became Gojira.

 

I too would take the Japanese Godzilla. But if you really take a look at both versions of Godzilla, the classic Godzilla was never very fast. I think his main strength was that he was smarter than most of the monsters he fought.

The American Godzilla, and I am assuming we are taking about the Matthew Brodewick version, did have speed, but that was really all it had. I was disappointed in this movie and prayer they don't do a sequel.

Nothing beats the classics.......

Oh, most definitely the Japanese Godzilla!

The man in the suit would only have to destroy the computer generating the Ameican Godzilla. :anime:

Seriously though, I still think the Japanese one would win. He's a lot heavier built, and would just need to stand his ground, tip over the American one(who would have problems getting up like a T-Rex), attack his underbelly with his nuclear breath, and do a little victory dance.
