Multimedia good settings for AfterEffects creations

    What are some good settings for making a music video using Adobe AfterEffects? For example, frame rate, video pixel dimensions, audio quality, file format, etc. I've used AfterEffects before for making a short video out of photographs, narration, and music, and eventually I wanna try making my own creations for fun.

    After discussing this with my good friend Wabz, we have come to this:

    Audio Quality: 192kbps Sterio
    File Format: .avi (DiVX)
    Video Pixel: 640x480
    Frame rate: 25~30 (Considering 30 is the max)
