Ok, some people have too much free time:

This guy has been working on a port of Grand Theft Auto 3 for the original 8-bit Nintendo system. Quite an undertaking to say the least. Check it out.

Edit: Just realized Brian is also the one responsible for SCIStudio, a development studio built around Sierra's old adventure engine. The guy is amazing.

This combined with my oh-so-addicting NES re-release carts for GBA make me a happy little (fatty fat fat) nostalgia goon.

You know, if he really did put alot of effort into it, it might actually be REALLY good. Seriously, it's good looking graphics for something being 8-bit.

Wow, you're right. Looks preety good for an 8-bit. Not only that, but it's also good since it has the bloody bleedy goryness of the Grand Thefts (bloodingly killing civilians and such). Looks like something i sure will download, just can't belive this guy'd let this game up for download like that. I'd have thought he'd sell it...Oh well, better for me eh?

Hopefuly this guy makes more wonders and such!
