Gundam Gundam Series, Gundam Suits, and Mobile Suits.

With all the Gundams out there I have only watched the original Gundam, and the Gundam Wing Movie. I was wondering:

1. How many Gundam Series is out there?

2. How Many Gundam Suits are there in the Gundam Universe?

3. How many Mobile Suits are there in the Gundam Universe?

 

sigh... alas poor Gundam Project... I knew thee well

There used to be a great site called Gundam Project that had all that info, but they shut down, and the stupid webmaster refuses to pass the site on to someone else.

There are probably around a dozen series/movies in all, half of which are actually "canon" Gundam, the other half being alternate timeline stories.

More gundam suits than you can shake a stick at.

And mobile suits? SCADS....

And then if you take into account the alternate timeline series, like Gundam X, Gundam Wing, etc., then you have even MORE suits.
