Gundam Gundam Yaoi?

Ok, ok, I think this will turn into a classic debate...

Does Gundam Wing have yaoi in it or not? Personally I think it does, and yuri too.

To be a little fairer on those who disagree with me, it has (in my opinion) shounen-ai (boys's love) and shoujo-ai (girl's love).

AND I LIKE IT! ^_^

Sooo... debate on, but don't flame me or others. To each their own, ne?

 

i believe that Quatre and Trowa are Yaoi and so are Tres and Wufei. everybody else is normal... or so i think.

 

Trowa and Quatre, Trieze and Wufei, Noin and Relena, Relena and Dorothy, my list is endless. And on a side note, my yuri story is up, in Relenas POV, at http://www.fanfiction.net/read.php?storyid=1476704 its yuri.

 

It has some yaoi mainly quatra and the maganet corp

 

I don't think their is yaoi. They are just friends I take it as, commerades.

I think there was Yaoi implied, not really any yuri tho' (but I suppose I never paid attention for that)
yeah the Yaoi was Quatre/Trowa but that was all really.
HOWEVER, fanfic wise I think Duo/Quatre is best

 

Actually in one of the mangas the creator says that he recieved many letters about that...the creator said that there was not...the story does not revolve around relationships it's about the anti war stuff...so yoai is not involved...I wouldent be against it because i really dont care...but the writer says there is not.

 

the whole point of the show is so that girls will watch gundam, and i guess gay boys to, so yes there is yaoi.

 

There obviously isnt any yaoi in the show, but its practically everwhere else.

 

I think that much of the intent with Gundam Wing was to appeal to a broad audience - that said, while there isn't any official yaoi in the anime (yaoi as defined as blatantly sexual m/m relationships), there's a lot of... potential. The manga also has a nice share of fanservice. *recalls seeing an individual issue, on the cover of which was a picture of Duo pushing up his shirt and touching his chest/stomach*

I think GW was designed to cater to fans of both m/m and m/f relationships, and therefor, could be said to have potential for either. It's really neither - it's not a series that focuses heavily on coupling the way that some do.

i don't think there was yaoi in the show itself. hey, it's a nice thought to think so :sweat2: but honestly, i don't think there is any *real* yaoi in it.

 

I think the couples are fan made...
but still, Duo and Heero are my favorite couple.
Sorry to any anti-yaoi fans out there.

 

I definately think that there is Yaoi. Even if Hee-chan seems to love Relena and all, it's always being implied that Duo is after Hee-chan. Quatre and Twora... well, yeah. Most of the fan couples are created after it being implied in the series. (in my opinion anyway.^^) I could give an endless list on couples that seem to go with the series, but that wouldn't be nessecary, now would it?
