    This argument had gone on in the various Gundam, Macross and Robotech forums forever.
    Everyone agree's at this stage that they're totally different universes and they can't really be compared due to that.
    If you mean the better series i'd have to say Gundam.
    Although Macross Plus is one of my favs ever there's so many good Gundam series (along with the duds), while with Macross both M2 and M7 were absolute rubbish and only Plus stands out as a real classic.
