*GUSHGUSHGUSH*

AIIIIEEE, I had to gush somewhere where people I know IRL won't recognize me, and this seemed like the perfect place ^^ Even though I know I'm going to lose everyone the instant I use the word "winterguard", but I don't care even if nobody reads this... I just have to gussshhhh!!!

I met my IDOL last night!! Well, one of them, I have quite a few.... but I met my winterguard idol last night! ^^ I saw him perform in Las Vegas last year on what used to be my favorite guard (they folded this year =/), and he was *AMAZING*... on dance *and* equipment ^^ Of course, everyone on that guard was amazing, it was an amazing guard, but he really stood out to me for some reason... although, I'll admit, the first thing I noticed about him was his belly-button ring, and then I just kept watching him for the rest of the show (to see if he'd turn a certain way so that I could look at his belly button again, lol), so maybe it was that XD But *anyway*, I was too scared to approach him when I saw him after that show, and I figured that would be the last I ever saw of him....

Until this year, when we got a new tech that was *also* a member of that guard, and she told me that she knew him (and I finally found out his real name ^^). And last night, I MET HIM!! One of my friends yelled out his name for me (I was ready to slap her), and he walked over and since nobody was saying anything, I introduced myself to him and told him I was a big fan of his... and he gave me a hug!! ^^ Aiiieee... and then he let us come in with his guard and watch (from really good seats!) He looks exactly the same as he did last year in Vegas, except I think he dyed his hair black.. I couldn't really tell because he was wearing a hat, but gods.... I wish I could even be 1/100 as talented at guard as this guy, he is SO AWESOME!!! And really, really nice in person ^^
