Video Games .hack//Quarantine

Hi! I'm looking for some help on .hack//Quarantine.
I beat the game, you know defeated Cubia and everything, but there are some extra side quests at the end of the game and I don't know how to defeat one.

I have to go to this place, I forget the name, with Elk, I HAVE to go with Elk, and when you enter you see a cat floating in the air. Elk thinks it's Mia.

Now I know to finish this level you have to go all the way up to the top, right?
Well since there are soooo many databugs and I have to datadrain so much, Kite's thing, you know when you press start to see your status, turns red and a big red GAME OVER appears on the screen and I can never get to the top floor. The highest I've been is the 9th floor but then the GAME OVER appeared.

Can somebody PLEASE help me??!!
