You aren't looking in enough shops!

Firebird and Pictures at an Exhibition (and some "best of" volumes you
may or may not want) are equally available. I've seen a lot of
"Pictures" recently that have the "Tomita in Surround" cover instead of
the "Pictures" cover. The spine should be correct.

Kodo and Tomita's album "Nasca Fanatasy" should be pretty easy to find.
Its usually filed under Japan in the interntional section with the rest
    of the Kodo albums.

the live albums from NYC and Linz take some looking but I know I've seen
    NYC live in shops recently

Bermuda Triangle, Bolero, Grand Canyon, Canon of the Three Stars never
had a U.S. CD release. Bach Fantasy never had a US or european release.
They all were widely available in Japan a few years back but less so
now. He's not that popular in Japan so some are probably recently out of
print. It may not help that Tomita isn't with BMG any more, he's moved
    to Denon.

Other Music and Kims had "bermuda triangle" imports stuck in their
Psychadelic Rock CD bins last year. who knows, they might have some
left. What that says is some import wholesaler decided that Bermuda
Triangle was an in demand album for psychadelic rock fans and imported a
bunch. They never had his other non-US CDs.

Footlight has a few soundtrack imports like "Catastrophe 1999"
