Well than, I am a hardcore gamer....with currently 0 games that have impressed me lately.

I have got Tony Hawk 3 which was rather boring due to the fact that i had given up skating and it was a rather "repeating" game.

I have finished Bloodrayne, which was rather amusing...

I have finished good old Colin McRae Rally 3....

Give me a good game that lasts long, and rather "RPG" style...

    Platform: PC

    A long lasting game eh?!

well i can , first and formost STAR OCEAN 2, for the PS1 that is a GREAT game, battle system and story line, the best. also it gives you a total of 12 playable characters(you can only have 8 though!), over 50 different endings, Really cool Voice acting, the Characters that come along with you depend on how you play out the game, you get to choose between 2 heros Claude or Rena, each with there own story (well same story, different points of view.) you get a really hard side quest dungeon thats really, long. and after you get enough voices for your voice collction, you can get the opitions that let you play the game on 3 different diffaculty LV.s
i really recommend this game, its an RPG, with a free for all battle system. I highly recomend playing it...well if you havent already.

Another game is Gaurdian's crusaid also for PS1, its REALLY fun!!!

that and Spyro, you know if you want a mindless game that is good for relaxing!!!! hahaha

thats all i can think of.

Looking for a good PC RPG?
    One word dude, Morrowind.

It's an awsome game, you should check it out. And there's a a large net community for it that are always adding new and cool mods for it. It's well worth it.
And if you sick of the cookie cutter japanese style RPGs it's perfect.

The soon to be released 'Star Wars: The Old Republic' is one to look out for. It was joint made by the makers of Baldur's Gate and Lucas Art.

Well frankly, I have downloaded the good ol' Shogun Total war. Outdated Graphics but still a ****ing hard to beat.

I have been thinking to get Dark Age of Camelot. The online RPG game that you pay to play, and I believe has more users than CS here in Europe.

Completing Baldur's Gate and Baldur's Gate II will take some time. Completing every single additional task them will took much of time. And if you have fast connection you could download The Darkest Day, a fan-made add-in for BGII. I haven't had time to complete it yet, but people say that it's very long. You can get The Darkest Day here.

That is what I can recommend for you...

Ico. It's the best game for the PS2. It is a bit short, but you'll want to play it again and again until you DIE! It's one of the most original, fantastic and beautiful games I've ever seen or played, with unique and innovative gameplay, and an amazing setting. If you don't get it, you're pretty much kicking yourself in the groin.

He did say PC, you drunk you.

    Planescape: Torment is good.

    Morrowind is good.

Civ 3 will keep you hooked for a while if you're sick of RPG's :)

Uh... oops. I guess the other posts distracted me.
In that case, I'll say Grim Fandango and Deus Ex.
Grim Fandango is a Lucasarts adventure game, so if you've ever played monkey island or any of it's ilk, you'll know the score. While not really an RPG, it could keep you going with devilish puzzles, a truly great plot, brilliant characters and amazingly funny dialouge(with great voice acting{music is brilliant too}). So yeah, this game ****ing rocks.
Deus Ex is a FPS RPG hybrid, along the lines of System Shock. It's a really really really good game. Really good. You can play it however you like, stealthy, guns blazing, smartly, or a mixture of all the above. It too has a good story, but it's main shining point is the gameplay. It's jes sweet.
And all 3 of the games I mentioned are probably in my top 5 games of all time. So they are good, trust me.

The soon to be released Republic: The revolution which is said to be for 'clever people only' by the PC Zone magasine. It is a game to look into. It has been in construction for over 5 years now.

Out 29th August 2003 Worldwide except Germany which is to be released on the 4th September.
