Anime Help.

I'm waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more than infinitely biased towards Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040. It's not even funny. When people would ask what they should watch, I'm always saying it. Even if they say, "I kinda wanna watch a Romantic Comedy." That's all because of Nene. In both dub and sub, she rocks. Priss may make the show, but what sold me is her. It's dark, *sometimes* (i.e. the very end) is VERY oppressive, lots of background story (only if you know what to look for. i.e. Boomers and VOOMERS, both are said thru the series), a BETTER ending that BGCrash, and doesn't especially need the ADPolice prologue. Also, the suits are among the chiefly noted by anime fans. ESPECIALLY Priss' suit with the winged helmet. The music is world class, at least, most of the songs by As Sekiria does. Priss's seiyuu is amazing as a rocker...rough and scratchy. Fits her perfectly. Sylia looks almost exactly like Infurita from El Hazard, going as much as the same hair color in the ink department!


*BUT*, if you prefer lighthearted...for some of it...I'd say Nadesico. It's funnier, and it's just a bit easier to watch. Besides, if only to watch the movie, having the series is definitely worth it. Not to mention all the parodies you can find. And it's like watching two series in a row...with Gekigengar 3 on the tube! I love the Ruri songs, and I DEFINITELY consider, "You Get to Burning" on my Top...20!
