Inu-Yasha help!

    can anyone tell me how InuYasha and Kagome meat Miroku?!

    They met Miroku. . .
    well first Miroku saw Kagome in the hot spring.
    Later he send Houchi
    (i think thats how you spell his name - the raccoon)
    to cause a distraction to block Inu while he stole Kagome and her bike.
    I'm not sure if it was because he wanted her shards. . .but i think that's why.
    And I guess because she's a girl. . .
    Then Kagome tells him to let her go and he does.

    Well that's how the met.

    Don't remember what episode though.

    The tanuki (raccoon dog, not raccoon, since they don't have actual racoons in Japan if I'm not mistaken) is Hatchi.

    Miroku saw Kagome at the hotsprings/pool (don't remember if it looked like warm water or not), and noticed she had shikon shards. Since he was collecting shards with the intent of purifying them, and since he didn't know she was a miko doing the same thing, he contrived to get them from her. Having Hatchi turn into a boulder to distract Inuyasha, Miroku took off with Kagome on her bicycle. He managed to get the shards from her, and stole her bike, so they chased him down. He eventually ended up traveling with them.

    That's how they met.
