Okay my three characters.

First Character
Name: Chaos Seraphim
Gender: Male
Age: 16
Race: interracial (ellian/erthian)
Class: Warrior
Weapon of Choice: a large sword. he cna also shoot energy beams and use vines.
Appearance: Ever seen Xenosaga? ^^ His skin is brown and his eyes are green. His hair is chin length and white. has ellian wings. ^^ See picture for clothing.

Background: Chaos had a ellian mother and an erthian father. However both were killed shortly after his birth. He was tooken in my his father's Pyrian friends. His original name was unknown so the name Chaos was given to him. When he was older Chaos traveled to other parts of Arian, and meet Aquafina, an aquian. The two started travelling together, however Chaos has no feelings for her other than friendship.

Personality: Chaos is very veyr calm even in the most bad times. he never loses his cool. He has a philosal look on life and always looks on the bright side. Very friendly.

Second Character
Name: Aquafina Sapphire
Gender: Female

Race: Aquian
Class: Siren
Weapon of Choice: big blades attached to bracelets on her wrists. Also controls water. And has a voice that can kill. Literally.
Appearance: long blue hair, blue eyes, grey skin, and of course the aquian wings. Wears those freaky type of pants (uh, my closest referal is those gay ones Piccolo from DBZ wears ._.) that blue and a bikini like top. goes around barefoot.

Background: Aquafina grew up and has been searching her whole life for tranquil Water. However she wished to travel in secret so made up the excuse that she was a dancer. When she met Chaos, she told him of her quest and the two began traveling together. Aquafina gave up her chances of finding Tranquil Water in order to travel with Chaos. She kinda has a crush on him.

Personality: although she may seem gentle and sweet , she can be barsh and has a horrible temper. So, in short, she's the opposite of Chaos.

Third Character
Name: Sin Selene
Gender: Female
Age: 16
Race: Sinalett
Class: Ninja
Weapon of Choice: two sharp dangers and many other items she can create out of dark matter.
Appearance: black curly hair tied in pigtails that actually looks purple in the light. Purple eyes and pale skin. wears a black chinese style top and black 'bellbottom' pants but also wear a white scarf.

Background: Sin was a sinalett adopted by some ellians, so she is perfectly fine in the light. Sin always knew she was different but it didn't matter to her, regardless of all the people looking down on her.

Personality: Sin is actually very, very hyper and happy considering her race. There isn't a spec of sadness or anger in her. She's also rather genlte and has alot of accidents. She's fearless and rerentless in battle. Sin is interested in mechanics and says she'll make her own metalic wings.

Name: Ariana Lyndial
Gender: Female
Age:16
Race: Elian
Class: Techno Knight
Weapon of Choice: Light-broadsword (the hilt looks like a hilt from a normal sword but with small orbs and wires attached to it, which glow when its activated. The hilt is styled elegantly in silver with the royal crest in its center), five Power spheres (each one different).
Appearance: Shoulder length wavy blond-platinum hair with braids (feathers tied at the end of each braid), blue-green eyes. Wears black leather long sleeved shirt and pants (looks more like spandex, have you ever played Everquest?), and a silver chest plate with the royal symbol on it. Has a silver cloak with the same symbol on it.

Background: She’s the daughter of the current Empress, Empress Isis, and is said to be related to the Great Leader, Ariana. She was raised at the Palace of Light and has never left Elinas Territory. There’s a lot of pressure on her to win the Tournament and succeed her mother. Her best friend is also competing and this makes it even harder for her.

Personality: Always with a smile on her face, even when she’s gloomy. A constant worrier, yet a leader at heart. She’ll take command in any serious situation if necessary.


Second Character
Name: Nuria Firestorm
Gender: Female
Age: 16
Race: Pyrian
Class: Warrior
Weapon of Choice: Two Battleaxes.
Appearance: Tanned skin and long red hair that she wears in a ponytail with messy bangs. Has red eyes with yellow streaks. Wears fireproof dark brown leather sleeveless shirt, shorts, and boots that almost reaches the knees. She also wears a long red headband and a firestone pendant necklace, which was given to her by her father when she was three.

Background: She was a miner’s daughter up until she was nine. One day, the Royal Advisor and her daughter (who were both Sinalettians) came to visit the Palace of Endless Flames. Nuria and her father lived nearby, next to a forest; one of the few ones in Pyras. The Advisor’s daughter was taking a walk through this forest and bumped into Nuria. Nuria, who didn't know who the girl was, thought it would be fun to scare the Sinalett by showing her a weird black hole that stood in midair at the center of the forest. The portal was a thing that the Pyrians avoided and Nuria was prohibited to go there, but being a stupid nine year old, she did anyways. She then dared the other to get real close to it. The Sinalett, not wanting to look like a coward, did so. But as soon as she got close enough, hands shot out of it and tried to pull her in. The girl cried for help, but Nuria, being so scared, ran away. Filled with guilt and shame, she didn’t tell anyone what had happened, even after they sent search parties. Three days later, the girl suddenly reappeared in the forest, shaking and disoriented, and the hole had vanished. Nuria, not able to bare the guilt much longer, told what had happened. Not helping someone, someone who didn’t know the territory and was only a child, was the same as attacking a weaker foe for the Pyrians, nine year-old or not. Add to that the fact that it was the Royal Avisor's daughter, the Pyrians had to do something. Nuria’s father disowned her and she was exiled from Pyras. When the Royal Bodyguard (who was a Pyrian) heard about this, she pitied the girl and reacted immediately. She adopted the child, took her to the Palace of Light, and trained her to be a royal guard. There Nuria met Ariana and they became the closest friends. Nuria still doesn't know that the girl was the daughter of the Royal Advisor. Nuria hopes to regain her respect and honor with the Pyrian people by winning the Tournament.

Personality: Nuria is very rash and hot headed. She likes saying what’s on her mind and will never back down from a fight. She hates talking about her past. Whenever the topic of her father and former home comes up, she’ll either ignore the person, or simply get up and walk away. She has a burning hatred for the Sinalettians ever since the ordeal, though that hatred may be misplaced…


Third Character
Name: Seyra Rynne
Gender: Female
Age: 16
Race: Sinalett
Class: Shadowcaster
Weapon of Choice: a very valuable black long sword, made from a mixture of metals and dark matter. Short blades which she creates herself.

Appearance: short, straight black hair that stops halfway down her cheeks, black eyes. She wears a black hooded cloak, gloves, and scarf that covers her mouth and noise whenever she goes anywhere that’s not Delanis. Beneath all this, she wears long sleeved black shirt and tight pants. Very pale, even for most Sinlaletts.

Background: She’s the daughter of the Royal Advisor. (enough said)

Personality: Seyra keeps to herself mostly, but acts coldly and has an “attitude” if you try to talk to her. She absolutely hates Nuria and hopes to get revenge at the Tournament.


Fourth Character
Name: Kael Tuari
Gender: Male
Age: 19
Race: Erthian/a third Aquian (though you can’t tell)
Class: Hunter
Weapon of Choice: Longsword, bow and poison arrows.
Appearance: He has very pale-green skin, dark green hair that slightly touches his neck in locks (which sometimes falls in his face), and piercing amber eyes. Vines with small red flowers grow in his hair (which are poisonous, and is the poison he uses for his arrows) and has five golden earrings in his left ear (round studs with little rectangle plates that make a a small chinking noise whenever he moves his head). He wears brown leather shirt over a white tunic, pants, soft-leather boots, brown fingerless gloves, and a hooded black leather cloak.

Background: He was raised in a small village in the trees in the Erthas Territory. His father was an Erthian and his mother half Erthian, half Aquian. When he was five, they were killed right front of his eyes by a monster left over from the Alettais. He himself was severely injured and took several weeks to fully recover. Kael remained in his village (was taken in by an aunt) until he learned all he could from the forests and left to learn more. He vowed to find a way to destroy all the dark monsters from the world. Kael has been traveling for three years now.

Personality: Very impassive and dead set on his goal. Kael only talks when it’s considered necessary. He has a hidden compassionate side that sometimes shows in his eyes.

 

First Character
Name: Jynaiyu Midlivadr (Jyn or Jynai for short)
Gender: Female
Age: 20
Race: Interracial: Aquian/Erthian
Class: Siren
Weapon of Choice: Trident (a rather large one)
Apperance: Her hair is a very pale gray (almost white, even) and her skin is a pale shade of turquoise. She has brown eyes; small pale violet flowers grow in her hair. She wears a rather revealing outfit of glittery sapphire blue; she has a skirt made of mostly-transparent cloth that can be worn as a shawl, also glittery, in aquamarine. She wears silver bracelets and anklets (one on each wrist and ankle) with little silver bells. These amplify her Siren magic. Her wings are Aquian. She can control nearby plants, vines, and the like, but has no control over the ground; can control water without problems.

Background: Her mother is Erthian, her father, Aquian. Since interracial marriages and the like are illegal, Jynai's father left when Jyn was very little. She would cry and be sad a lot when she was a child until her younger brother was born. Yunig then became her world, and since he loved her so purely, despite her non-pure origins, she decided to be strong for her mother and brother.

Personality: Shunned by the Elians for being interracial even though she was born before the decree was passed, Jynai has developed a level of patience that surpasses most of the angelic races. She is graceful and a great Siren. However, she holds a slight resentment toward the Elians for their treatment of her and to her father for leaving.


Second Character
Name: Yunig Seikarong
Gender: Male
Age: 16
Race: Erthian
Class: Beastmaster
Weapon of Choice: Long wooden staff
Appearance: Dark green hair, light brown skin, amber-to-brown eyes. He wears clothes of hides and has a chainmail shirt as well. White lilies grow in his hair; he has three gold earrings in each ear.

Background: Grew up on the territory of Elinas with his parents and elder sister Jynaiyu. Angered by how his Jynai was teased and treated like she was worthless because she was interracial, Yunig became her defender in an unspoken sort of pact between the two.

Personality: He is very friendly in basically every situation, but if his sister is ever in danger, he will get VERY serious. He wishes he could be in the tournament so he could do something about people like those who shun Jyn.


Third Character
Name: Lanah Wul
Gender: Female
Age: 18
Race: Pyrian
Class: Firedancer
Weapon of Choice: Morningstar (steel)
Appearance: Short red hair with bangs, two rather long, thin tendrils shooting out and drooping just above her neck and two thick strands framing her face. Her eyes are orange with a few gold spots in them; her skin is bronze-colored. She wears a red-and-gold, cloth, Legend of Zelda's Link-esque tunic (which is fireproof, of course) which she's very proud of (because bought it herself with money she earned). A diamond-shaped ruby has been embedded into the skin of her upper right arm. She leaves it exposed because it's pretty.

Background: Grew up in Elinas territory, had a normal childhood with no outstanding occurrences. She participated in the tournament but was eliminated about half way through. Doesn't talk about it much but she's proud of how far she got.

Personality: Cheerful and confident, she's probably better at helping the person in command than commanding. She's optimistic and a little bit of an analyst, looking for defects in her oponents. Of course, she only takes a few seconds to do this before charging straight into a fight if it's a fight she knows she has to be in. She hopes to overcome her mistakes and perfect her skills so she'll win in the next tournament.

Appearance:She has delicate facial features adn she is very beautiful. With fair skin and lavender eyes. She has long and light blonde hair. She wears a white dress with long and wide sleeves that flare out at the end. She wears over that a long white cloak over that. Her wing are hidden underneath the cloak. she has a beautifully engraved wooden and varnished quiver usually strapped aruond her shoulder on her back. the sheathes of the two long knives are attached to the quiver. The long sword is at her waist in a silver sheath. heres a pick of the weapons:

Background:She is full Elian and grew up with very kind parents and a generous older half brother who is interracial(Elian and Erthian). Her and her half brother's mother grew ill and died when she was 10. She wanted to learn more about the races and so set off to travel all aruond the planet with her brother to heal and learn about what is on the planet.

Personality:She is pretty shy but kind and sweet. She doesn't talk much. She is kind and generous and loves to help and heal people. She is incredibly intelligent and is always thirsting to learn. She is a feirce warrior and would die fighting for what is right. She has an incredible sense of justice.

Appearance:He is very handsome with dark brown hair that is boyishly long hair that is soft with silver highlights. He has lavender eyes. He wears a dark green shirt with dark brown pants that are baggy until it all comes together where his black boots go to his shins. He also wears a cloak like his half sister but his is a dark brown color.

Background:His mother is an Elian and his father was a Erthian. His father died shortly after his birth and he grew up with his mother's Elian family who was unusually excepting of him. His mother married his step father when he was only three. He grew up being ditested by the Elians aruond him for being interracial. He agreed after his mother's death with his half sister to go aruond the planet helping the diseased and learning about teh other races.

Personality:He is a kind and patient and soft spoken gentleman. He is very well mannered and very honorable. Hes generous and an amazing strategist. He was raised and trained specifically to be a leader in war but he has a very patient and peaceful manner.

Appearance:He is very handsome. He has Boyishly long and light brown hair. He wears a dark blue button up shirt with Dark brwon pants with black boots that come up to his shins.

Background:He is best friends with Lessien. He dwells in the Erthian area and he loves nature. He grew up with a mother and a father with a happy and simple life. He likes to travel to Lessien's home in the Elian area and have archery contests with him. He's known both Lessien and Valaina most of his life. He has a small crush on Valaina.

Personality:He is incredibly intelligent. Hes quiet,cold and mysterious and doesn't talk much. He shows his affection through passiveness and cold humour. He tells the truth about everything and his smile is pretty cold and uncaring but still shows his humor. He was also raised for war and is a great tactful youth with a feirce fighting resolve.

 

Okay, i think its safe to say that any new players should only have one or two characters, perferrably just one. At this rate we'll have an entire army.

Name:Bara Hipotora (made up on the spot as usual)

Raceyrian

Class:FireDancer

Weapon of Choice:A fighting sword made of some tough black metal that only a combined attack of ice and water and a few things against fire can destroy it. But it has to be either at the same time or one after the other to really do any damage. He can usually dodge the second attack if they try to destroy it. It can be fired up with flames, a symbol written on the blade in silver indicates that and gives it the power to be used with fire. He cherishes his sword.

Appearance:Lightly tanned skin. Dark,Dark brown, sholder length hair, tied back with golden highlights. Amber eyes with light yellow flecks throughout. Wears shin high boots of a touch black material. His top consitsts of what looks like a vest which is fire proof and has slight marks where the location of his wings appear. His pants are a skin tight black leather material, same as the shirt. There is a small earing in his right ear with a small red jewel along the top instead of the bottom. There is also a marking on his lower stomach that he says is from birth that is what looks like a red pheonix, wings partly spread. Its more or less his symbol now.

Background:Grew up in the Elians territory but tired to stay with as many Pyrian as he could and try not to speak to many other races. He only has a mother. Hes not sure what happened to his father. From what it seems his father either died somehow or left his mother for another. He never wanted to find out.

Personality:Hes actually nice when you first meet him if your at all close to his power level. If you try to boast that your stronger then him he'll more or less snub you and walk away. He wont fight unless hes going to get something good out of it. If the person he meets is Aquian or Erthian he'll ignor their presense unless he must face them for something. Even if Pyrians around him protect the two races he seemed to have something against them. It seems someone from one of the two races said something to him once and hurt him so he shuned the two groups since they were so alike and he didn't want to get to know them.

 

You can make any fantasy weapon, anything you see in those D&D books or what not.

Yes, its fine now. i'm just going to guess the sword was made with Sinalett metals.

Oh, and Distant Samurai, Erthians are supposed to have long/pointy ears so its okay that the pics of Amras and Lessien have them (unless you don't want Lessien to have them since he's half, but Amras definitely has to have them). Btw, cool pics.

Name: Mirial Shadowrain
Age: 19 or so
Race: Aquian/Sinalett
Class: *Pending*
Weapon of Choice: *Pending* (depends on class)
Appearance: Aquian wings, Pale skinned, one blue eye, one black, and Black hair, fading into gray. Looks much younger than her age, though a decent height.
Background: Lived with her father, since she looked more Sinalettian, but was outcast at a young age, her father unable to hide her secret. He told her of her mother, and the Aquians. Sheltered all her life, and not knowing very much, she set off with no knowledge of the world, but an amazing combination of skills, as well as ambition and curiosity.
Personality: Paranoid, but incredibly curious. Catches on and learns quickly. Her fear has transformed it's self into suspision, and so she does not trust easily. However, she was raised a Sinalett, and her ability to take on disguises would hardly let you know these things through her complex mask.

Racial classes are specifically made for certain races, because they use abilities that only that certain race can use.

Half breed usually master one or the other, depending on where he/she was raised and their abilities. So yeah, A Pyrian/Erthian can be a Firedancer if he/she has enough fire ability and was raised as a Pyrian.

 

I figured, since there are already a lot of characters, I'd only create one.

Name: Rhye Kin
Gender: Male
Age: 21
Race: Sinalett
Class: Shadowcaster
Weapon of Choice: Goorkha
Appearance: Black straight hair, let down (not tied up); very dark (almost black) maroon eyes, dark skin for a Sinalett, very clammy skin. Wears a black holocaust cloak

Background: Child of a poor family, he exhibited incredible ability at an early age and was thusly trained in secret. An excellent conjurer, he crafted his weapon himself.

Personality: Cold, calculated, cunning. He has been known to be “paranoid at just the right time” by those who know him. Quiet, he keeps mostly to himself to meditate on his existence. Very existential, philosophical, and tough. Doesn’t hate anyone, but has no real friends.

Yeah, there are SO many people! That's why I only made one. I don't think I can make two anyway, though I REALLY wanted a guy, too.

No problem, but please read the Races thread a little more closely next time.

Erthians also have grenish or brownish skin, cat eyes when its dark or when theyre agitated, and have plants/flowers growing from their hair.

I think they're cool. So cool that i had to make a fourth char.

 

I've had a few questions as to what a Goorkha is, so I thought I'd post a pic of one.

 

Name: Mizutani Kiyomi
Meaning: Pure Beauty of the Water Valley
Gender: Female
Age: 27
Race: Elian
Class: Techno Knight
Weapon of Choice: Lightstaff
Appearance: Kiyomi has waist-long straight silvery-platinum hair and pale teal eyes. Kiyomi wears matching aqua colored earings on both ears. She wears a cloak.

Background: Ten years ago, the newly crowned Empress Isis Lyndial secretly approached Kiyomi and nineteen others to go on a task. She told Kiyomi and the others that there were 25 magical objects scattered across the world and that she wanted them to go find the locations of these objects using their abilities. The goal of that mission was to put all the locations on a map. However, her team decided that they could collect the objects as well and maybe receive more glory for what they've done. Kiyomi was the only survivor from that mission, though badly injured.

Personality: Kiyomi is devoted to her mission more than anything else. When not a mission, or fighting, Kiyomi was very friendly and outgoing. When she saw her teammates of ten years die, she became bitter and hateful.

NPCs: Royalty

Name: Isis Lyndial
Gender: Female
Age: 39 (looks 20)
Race: Elian
Class: Paladin
Weapon of Choice: Longsword
Appearance: Boyishly short platinum hair and blue-green eyes. Golden tiara/crown. Always carries her weapon and her armor, a golden chestplate with the royal crest, under her clothles at all times.

Background: Current Empress of Arian, she won the Tournament when she was 29, when Aria was 6 years old. A former captain of the Royal guard, she was alsoniece of a former Empress and her blood line is said to be traced back to Ariana the Great.

Personality: Before she was Empress, she was very loyal to the Elian Law and Justice. But, after she was crowned, her beliefs have changed somewhat. Toward her friends, she's laid back and joking around (especially with Kaiya). Toward the council members, she's stern, intimidating, and serious. Toward everyone else, she's calm, calculating and...well...not sometimes. Toward Aria, she's all the above with a bit of compassion. She's very unpredictable and it's hard to know what's she thinking, even her own daughter has trouble with it. But no matter what, Isis loves her daughter very much and will do everything to protect her and her future. Isis's powers were increased incredibly when she was crowned.



Name:Kaiya Fyre
Gender: Female
Age: 45 (looks 20)
Race: Pyrian
Class: Firedancer
Weapon of Choice: Bastard sword
Appearance: Leather armor (same style as Nuria) and brown with red lining cloak. Tanned skin, shoulder length red hair with blond highlights, and red eyes with yellow spirals.

Background: Used to be a blacksmith, she's now the current Royal Bodyguard. Fought in the tournament ten years ago and lost at the hand of Isis. Three years after the tournament, she adopted Nuria after she heard what had happened to the young girl (seeing the two were so alike) and has been her tutor in everything Nuria knows, including fighting. Her powers were augmented when she was appointed Royal Bodyguard.

Personality: Short temper, but with a good sense of humor. Has a lot of respect for Isis every since she beat her. Belives strongly in the old Pyrian ways, but in the old Elian ways as well. Being strong herself, she doesn't like weak people much, and doesn't like change.



Name: Sevita Rynne
Gender: Female
Age: 75 (looks 25 )
Gender: Female
Race: Sinalettian
Class: Shadowcaster
Weapon: Blades she creates on the spot.
apperance: Waist long silky black hair, black eyes, pale skin (though not as pale as her daughter). Wears all black, cloth shirt, leather pants and cloak. Has a black jewel headband and matching earrings.

Background: Current Royal advisor, lost to Isis (Isis pretty much beat them both on her own). Used to be a servant the Delanian Territory, had two previous children before Seyra, who grew to be strong adults. Both died while traveling through the Alettais Territory. Sevita vowed to win the Tournament and make the world safer for her youngest daughter, Seyra. Sevita didn't make it to Empress, but became good friends with Isis nonetheless. Her powers were also increased after she was appointed Royal Bodyguard.

Personality: The wisest of the three, she makes the perfect Advisor. Stern and serious, she's the one who makes sure everything gets done right. Cares deeply for Seyra, but because of this, is very stern and sometimes hard on her. When the incident involving Nuria happened, Sevita became even more protective of her daughter, keeping her mostly in the Delanian Territory. She wishes her to become Empress and succeed in the goal she had failed ten years ago.
