Hey, whats with all this 'distinguished road thing'?? How do I change it? I see other people with different words when I put my mouse over the little green rectangles...

also, how do I change my status? Does it change depending on how many posts I post? If so, can someone tell me how many posts I have to post in order to get a different status?

 

To change your custom title from "Registered User" to something else, such as me, " Aa! Megami-sama Fanboy! " you must reach up to 250 posts, and be a member over 100 days. If you spam your way, I will kill you

And the " Road thingy " is called karma. You can give good karma or bad karma. The more of the good karma you get, the better.

Lets say that I reached 250 posts and was a member for 100 days. Would I be able to change my title again if I already chose one?

And the Road thing...how do I know if I've got good/bad karma? And how would I get the karma?



Doh! I almost forgot! What about those stars under my user name? What are they?

 

Actually, not anymore. Eversince we upgraded to vBulletin 3.0.0 Gamma, the Custom Title function has been disabled to normal users for the time being. The only people able to change their custom titles currently are Moderators and Administrators.

The option will be enabled again soon.

Edit: The stars mean how much posts you have basically. After a certain amount of posts you'll get more stars. The maximum for a normal user is four. Four silver stars designates a moderator. Five silver stars designates a Super Moderator and five gold stars designates an Administrator.
