To answer your first question: You could either make a sig. yourself (just be sure to read the signature requirements, which can be found at www.mangatoanime.com/sigrules), or you can head on over to the Art Forum, where quite a few excellent paint wizards can help you on the Banners and Sig. Requests Forum (well, it's something like that, but it's at the top of the page so you can't really miss it).

To answer your second question: Try PMing one of the Super Mods, but realize that they're fairly busy and may not have time to complete your requests straight away. Also, realistically, the name Rin is probably already taken. Try adding a few numbers after it, or maybe another word (ex. *Rin-Chan* or something like that).

Edit: I was incredibly bored and decided to try my own hand at making a sig. I PMed you with it, so go ahead and use it if you want!
