How do I Request for a Forum/Category?

Okay. A n00bish question. I do happen to remember seeing a post about forum/category requests, but I cannot seem to find it at the moment. I've used the search engine, and gone through the FAQ. If there is one, I must of missed it again and again, because I cannot find it. (Or I could just be being an idiot, thinking it was from this forum, and it happened to be at another...)

Alright, onwards to the question...How do you request for a forum/category to be made?

I have an idea...

Oh and along with that, what are the requirements?

Go up to the "System" sction on the top right of the screen, then highlight "Forums", and click on it to go there.

From then, check the
rules , and the rest explains itself after that. It's not so hard. The requirements for this thread to be created is have at least 4 people vote for the Forum. From there, Cloud creates the forum, and DONE!
